Account and data deletion

Option 1. In the app

Open Aylu → Profile tab → Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm with your password. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2. By request, without installing the app

Write to xd.st1k@gmail.com from the email address used at sign-up, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will locate the account by that address and delete it within 30 days, confirming by reply. If the request comes from a different address, we may ask you to prove the account is yours.

What is deleted

• all photos — permanently erased from storage;
• email address and phone number — removed from the account record;
• Google and Apple sign-in links;
• push notification tokens and all active sessions;
• the profile stops appearing in search and in other users’ lists.

What is kept and why

Messages you sent remain in the recipients’ chats: otherwise the conversation history would break for people who deleted nothing. Such messages are no longer linked to your name, photos or contacts.

Records of reports and blocks, and payment records we are required to keep by law and by app store rules, are retained in minimal form for the required periods.
