Terms of Service

1. Who may use the service

Aylu is available to people aged 18 and over with legal capacity under the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. By signing up you confirm your age and the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Rules of conduct

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. The following is prohibited:

• impersonating another person, creating fake profiles, using someone else’s photos;
• insults, harassment, threats, hate speech;
• spam, advertising, begging, financial schemes;
• sexually explicit material, violence, any illegal content;
• involving or contacting minors;
• harvesting other users’ data, circumventing technical limits of the service.

3. Reporting and blocking

Every profile has “Report” and “Block” actions. Reports are reviewed within a reasonable time; a profile with several reports is automatically hidden from search until a moderator decides. Blocked users can no longer see you, you no longer see them, and any match between you is ended.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to your photos and texts but grant us a limited licence to display them to other users as part of operating the service. You are responsible for the legality of what you upload.

5. Moderation

We may review uploaded photos, handle reports, remove content and block accounts that violate these terms or the law. A violation leads to a block without a refund for the paid period.

6. Premium subscription

• The subscription is purchased and paid through Google Play or the App Store; billing and renewal follow that store’s rules.
• Auto-renewal is disabled in the store settings; access remains until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow Google and Apple policies.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility or the behaviour of other users. Be careful: verify who you are talking to, meet in public places first, and never send money to strangers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or from interactions between users.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time — in the app or by email request. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

10. Governing law

The law of the Kyrgyz Republic applies. Disputes are resolved at the operator’s location unless the law provides otherwise.
